All specifications for each item can be found within each product page. Please ensure that you have mindfully checked and are happy with the colour, volume and type of strainer of the teaware you are about to purchase.
We are confident with the quality of our products. Each teaware is carefully inspected prior to packing and dispatch.

Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns so please carefully choose the item you wish to purchase.Â
Please read the care instructions in the Care Instructions page. If you do not follow these instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the damages.
You may send you order back at your own expense after contacting us via our Contact page. Please provide the details of your order and reason for return. We will only accept returns for unused items in its original packaging.
Should any returned items be damaged in transit back to us, we will not assume responsibility for any resulting damage. Given the fragile nature of our products, it is essential to adequately protect and pack them to prevent this issue.

The most efficient method to guarantee you receive your desired item is to return the one you currently have, then proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will inform you of the approval status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
