Shipping Policy

We only ship within Australia. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

We are a small business. To keep things manageable, we will dispatch orders twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays with a cut-off time of 10:00 am AEST.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Upon shipment, items become the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event of damage or loss please contact us through Australia Post.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered as it cannot be altered once shipped. No refunds or replacement will be issued for orders that go astray due to incorrect address.

All our parcels include tracking service.
