Shipping Policy
We are a small business. To keep things manageable, orders are dispatched twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays with a cut-off time of 10:00 am AEST.
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Upon shipment, items become the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event of damage or loss please contact us through Australia Post.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered as it cannot be altered once shipped. No refunds or replacement will be issued for orders that go astray due to incorrect address.
All our parcels include tracking service.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For all other orders, shipping is $12 for Standard Post and $20 for Express Post.
Please note, we are unable to send to P.O boxes or parcel lockers.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to New Zealand, Singapore and United States via Australia Post. Please refer to checkout for shipping rates.
Please note we do not cover any local duties or taxes on international orders as they are at the expense of the customer. Please check your local government website to find out more about customs processes, duties & taxes in your country.
